The Muppets don’t do much for me either. I didn’t have PBS where I grew up so I didn’t see them at all until I was an adult.

I hope you and your family all feel better. It’s nice that your husband is good with the food prep. That can be a very valuable skill in creating harmony in the home!

I can sympathize with the “sick for Christmas.” If you find my ‘real’ voice, please send it back my way.

When we had kids we set down the law – we don’t leave home on Christmas Day. Anyone that wants to see us that day can come over. Otherwise, it’s Christmas Eve or “the day after.” And that works out really well when the house is ill enough to keep pharmaceutical companies in tidy profits.
