Called NCDE today and am THRILLED to say that all I have to do is send my info. Hopefully all of my info will be sufficient. RECIPROCITY!!!!! Woohoo! This is such a great opportunity for Jem…He’s worked hard and I am so proud of him. The fact that we will no longer be living in a state that seems to be competing for the bottom position on the quality of education ladder makes me very happy.
