Out of shape, out of mind
I am seriously out of shape, joints ache, and seriously unhappy about it. No extra for gym membership, and when would I go??? Time at home is an option. Have what I need…Nice neighborhood for walking and jogging, mat for stretching, weights, and exercise ball too. What I don’t have is peace. It is absolutely impossible to do a calming yoga routine without interruption. Sorry, but I am not interested in exercising with an audience and having to stop every few minutes to referee, solve a personal crisis, or explain what you are doing does not make for an effective and relaxing routine.
I have to figure something out…open for suggestions.





Lock the door or invent signs on the door?
Signs on the door might be better.
How old are the kids?
Reading or smilies.
Green smily / red smily?
LOL, they are 11 and 8. I think we need to have sit down and figure something out. Signs might be good.
Hmmmm…I like the door locking and signs too.
I do Pilates at home – and I really like it. The downfall is the cats do too – so when I have my legs up, they like to lay under them so I can’t put them back down.

No suggestions, only sympathy/empathy. Every day I think I’m going to work out or going running, and something always seems to get in the way. AS my waist-line will attest.
